We spend a day in Leeds where you could head to the free to enter Royal Armouries Museum, with its displays of objects from ancient times to modern day such as Henry VIII’s armour and iconic movie props. Or browse the shops in the historic and elaborate Corn Exchange. We also visit Harrogate where you could view fine art at Mercer Art Gallery, discover Harrogate’s connection to Russian Royalty at the Royal Pump Room Museum, or relax in Valley Gardens.
