Based at Treacy’s West County Hotel & Leisure Centre in Ennis, a County Clare town, home to the ruins of a 13th century Franciscan Friary, and to the Clare Museum which is housed in a former 19th century convent, showcasing local history. Marvellous sightseeing takes us to pretty Killaloe where we board our boat for a relaxing cruise on lovely Lough Derg. Afterwards, we visit the walled city of Limerick, home to King John’s Castle which is perched on an island in the heart of the city. We get a unique insight into transatlantic travel at Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum and visit the pretty village of Adare. We also enjoy time in bustling waterfront Galway, before a scenic drive to the Cliffs of Moher.
