The Isle of Skye is the largest island in the Inner Hebrides archipelago and has a diverse history encompassing dinosaur fossils, clan warfare and Highland clearances along with legendary Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobite Rebellion. Our holiday is based in Broadford, the settlement where visitors arrive after crossing the Skye Bridge. This long, meandering village stretches around the bay and has a selection of bars and cafes as well as craft boutiques and artists’ studios. Next to the old pier you’ll find a few quirky shops.
