This delightfully varied holiday takes in an ancient city along with traditional seaside resorts and a wonderfully unforgettable day out on the Norfolk Broads. Discover eye-catching Norwich, home to a Norman castle that was founded by William the Conqueror, as well as a medley of medieval lanes, Tudor dwellings and antique shops. Perhaps visit English Heritage’s Plantation Garden and don’t miss the grand cathedral. On another day, it’s beaches and promenades as we visit Cromer, a picturesque coastal town where you’ll find one of Banksy’s ‘Great British Spraycation’ artworks on its sea wall, showing a group of hermit crabs. We also visit Victorian Sheringham, a former fishing village and now an enchanting resort with friendly tearooms. A special treasure will be our cruise along the River Bure aboard the Southern Comfort Mississippi Paddle Boat, followed by free time in Wroxham, then a steam train ride through the gorgeous Bure Valley.
