Grantown-on-Spey is a picturesque town with a fascinating museum in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and a lovely base for our Highland holiday. We explore Royal Deeside, calling at Braemar, a quaint village enclosed by the Grampian Mountains, and pretty Ballater, which lies in the shadow of Balmoral Castle. On other days, we enjoy a guided tour of Inverness and visit the Highland Wildlife Park where you’ll be enchanted by Scottish wildlife and endangered animals.
