Guided Tour of the Isle of Lewis
Our treat today is the lovely Isle of Lewis, largest of the Outer Hebrides and home to Iron Age dwellings, old corn mills, Norse thatched buildings and ancient standing stones. The island’s Blackhouse crofting village features painstakingly restored dwellings recreating by-gone days.
Scenic Drive Through the Isle of Harris
We board our ferry to the Isle of Harris and travel along the west coast where you’ll be awestruck by the ever-changing terrain of mountains, lunar-like rocky plateaus, moorlands, meadows and pristine beaches.
Guided Tour of Benbecula, South Uist and Eriskay
Our local guide joins the coach to showcase the isles. Look forward to stunning vistas and stretches of white sandy beach flanked by dunes and flower filled machair. Landmarks include Cula Bay – the most popular beach on Benbecula, Ormacleit Castle – a ruined mansion dating from the early 18th century and the Kildonan Museum, showing the life and history of the islands.
